Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

* Item must be unused and in original packaging
* Item must not be damaged due to misuse
* Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions, some items may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include clear photos/videos of the issue
3. We will review and provide a replacement or refund where applicable

Once approved:

Delivery and Return Costs

For voluntary returns due to a change of mind, a delivery and handling fee of R150 per item may apply to cover the cost of return shipping and processing, where legally permitted. This fee will be communicated to the customer before the return is arranged.

* Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
